Refreshing mint and cool, filtered water combine for an easy, 2-minute recipe for hydrating Mint Water!

- 3/4 cup fresh mint leaves, divided
- 10 cups cold, filtered water
Instructions
- Add ¼ cup (half of the mint) mint leaves to a clean pitcher. Using a muddler, muddle the mint to release aromatic mint oils. Muddle mint about halfway.
- Add the rest of the mint and the cold water. Stir to combine.
- Allow to rest in the refrigerator for at least a few hours. Stir before serving. Enjoy!
