Okaaaay, I’m sensing that you may need more reasons. Let’s have at it:

How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Cups

You won’t believe how easy these are to make! Check it out:

Line

Pop muffin liners into a muffin pan and set it aside at room temp. Now, clear some room in the freezer for this pan—you’ll need it later.

Melt

Melt chocolate and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl for the microwave method, or use the double boiler method. Make sure to stir everything together until you get a smooth chocolate peanut butter fudge mixture. Fold in peanuts. 

Scoop

Scoop your chocolate peanut butter fudge mixture into the muffin pan you prepped earlier. Fill cups evenly, then tap a few times to level it out. Top with peanuts if you’re feeling fancy.

Freeze & Enjoy

Freeze until firm and enjoy the easiest, tastiest chocolate peanut butter fudge treat!

Fridge: go ahead and store your fudge cups in the fridge for about 1-2 weeks. Just make sure to tuck them into an airtight container away from savory, aromatic foods in the fridge.

Freezer: if you’d like to keep your fudge cups for longer, simply tuck them into a freezer-friendly container, then into the freezer for about 1-2 months.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Cups

Optional Topping

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted, roasted peanuts, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin liners. Set aside for later. Clear some space in the freezer for this pan—you will need it later.
  2. Use the double boiler method or do the following. Add chocolate chips and peanut butter to a medium, microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 20-second increments, until softened and melted. Stir between heating, until smooth and thoroughly combined. Fold in peanuts.
  3. Scoop about 2 ½ tablespoons of this mixture into a muffin liner. Repeat until all liners have been filled. Gently tap the muffin pan to create smooth, even cups. Optionally, top with finely chopped peanuts.
  4. Freeze for 25-40 minutes. Enjoy! Storing instructions below.
