Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Cups!
It should go with saying, but one reason: you can EAT them afterward. Note that my eyebrows are vigorously raising and I’m rubbing my tummy, singing Monica Geller’s song: “yummy yummy yummy, I’ve got love in my tummy.”
Okaaaay, I’m sensing that you may need more reasons. Let’s have at it:
- These chocolate peanut butter fudge cups are easy as heck to make
- They only require 3 ingredients.
- And if we’re really not in the mood for any kind of fuss, just 2 ingredients.
So before I go all long-winded and try to list more reasons, thereby totally defeating the entire purpose of today’s simple recipe, let’s get the fudge started!

How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Cups
You won’t believe how easy these are to make! Check it out:
Pop muffin liners into a muffin pan and set it aside at room temp. Now, clear some room in the freezer for this pan—you’ll need it later.
Melt chocolate and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl for the microwave method, or use the double boiler method. Make sure to stir everything together until you get a smooth chocolate peanut butter fudge mixture. Fold in peanuts.
Scoop your chocolate peanut butter fudge mixture into the muffin pan you prepped earlier. Fill cups evenly, then tap a few times to level it out. Top with peanuts if you’re feeling fancy.
Freeze & Enjoy
Freeze until firm and enjoy the easiest, tastiest chocolate peanut butter fudge treat!
💡 You can make these chocolate peanut butter fudge cups your own by: 1) using your favorite chocolate (hint: dark chocolate anyone?), 2) using almond butter instead, 3) topping these babies with your favorite seed or dried fruit.
The 3 ingredients you need
- Chocolate: use any kind you’d like. Here are my vegan | keto (sugar free) | paleo | allergy-friendly picks.
- Peanut Butter: I love using unsalted, natural creamy peanut butter in these fudge cups. You can use salted if you’d like a salty ‘n sweet treat. 😉
- Peanuts: ahhh, the yummy texture factor from these! If you’re not a fan, no biggie. Just leave ‘em out.
Storing & Freezing
Fridge: go ahead and store your fudge cups in the fridge for about 1-2 weeks. Just make sure to tuck them into an airtight container away from savory, aromatic foods in the fridge.
Freezer: if you’d like to keep your fudge cups for longer, simply tuck them into a freezer-friendly container, then into the freezer for about 1-2 months.
