Simple Mango Smoothie Ingredients

Mangoes

You can easily use store-bought frozen mangoes, which are frozen at their peak freshness, or you can: ripen fresh mangoes, then slice and store mangoes in a freezer-friendly container until you’re ready to make your mango smoothie!

Milk

I love using unsweetened vanilla almondmilk in all of my smoothies. You can use your favorite milk! I highly recommend a milk with vanilla notes—it makes your smoothie that much yummier.

Yogurt

Use any yogurt you’d like to make your mango smoothie. Again, I like using a vanilla-flavored yogurt for that extra yummy flavor boost. It’s up to you—just make sure to use a yogurt that you love the flavor of because it’ll really shine through the mango smoothie. 😉

No Sugar Sweetener

Sometimes, if my mangoes aren’t sweet or I need a little treat in the morning, I’ll add in a few drops of liquid stevia or liquid monkfruit for a guilt-free flavor boost.

A simple & easy mango smoothie, made with just 3 ingredients and a few minutes of prep.
