Strawberries? And peaches? All in one smoothie? Say whaaaaaaa???? Okay, fine, maybe strawberries and peaches together in one smoothie isn’t the craziest thing you’ve ever heard of.

But maybe a strawberry peach smoothie made with just 4 simple ingredients is. (And now I have to spend 3 hours on Google trying to figure out if my sister Penny is gonna kill me for ending a sentence with “is”.) At least it’s not “with”, right sis? 😉

Add Ingredients

Add all ingredients to the cup of your favorite personal blender: Strawberries, peaches, milk and yogurt. Here’s my personal blender.

Blend until well incorporated and smooth.

Ingredient 1: Frozen Strawberries

Ingredient 2: Frozen Peaches

Ingredient 3: Unsweetened Non-Dairy Milk

Ingredient 4: Vanilla Yogurt

Ingredient 5 (optional): Liquid Stevia or Liquid Monkfruit

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice*
  • 26 drops stevia or monkfruit drops (optional)**

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a personal blender: strawberries, peaches, yogurt, milk and sweetener, if using. Here’s My Favorite Personal Blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

* I used unsweetened vanilla almondmilk.

**I didn’t use any sweetener because my yogurt tasted pretty good in the smoothie. (Silk Dairy-Free vanilla made with soy). Your yogurt might be too tart and require added sweetness—it’s up to you!
