These healthy pumpkin spice granola bars are excellent!! The recipe was very easy to follow and mixed together well. I didnโt have pumpkin seeds so I used an equal amount of hemp seeds and substituted avocado oil for the coconut oil. These are exactly what I was looking for and they have a wonderful flavor. I will be making these on a regular basis.
Woohoo! Thatโs so awesome to hear Charlotte! Love that the subs worked out for you. Hereโs to more pumpkin deliciousness!
I made this granola and the texture is great. I donโt taste the pumpkin spice at all and itโs not sweet enough. I would make these again but will add more pumpkin spice and sweetener.
