My Favorite Almond Butter Keto Fat Bombs!
Last year, I shared a few keto fat bomb recipes with you that you loved: 3 Ingredient Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs (Low Carb, Vegan), 4 Ingredient Keto Fat Bombs Recipe—Chocolate Almond Butter. But there was one request that I constantly got: “How about some non-chocolate keto fat bombs?” You asked and I’m answering!
These almond butter keto fat bombs happen to be my very favorite keto fat bombs recipe. They’re rich, creamy, and oh-so almond buttery. Like, you know how so many recipes/products allege to be “almond butter” flavored, but really just taste like sugar and vanilla? This is not that. Almond butter is the star of this keto fat bombs show, m’kay?

- *You can also use these stevia drops, but I prefer the taste of monkfruit. Also, the keto fat bombs are tasty without any sweetener whatsoever; but if you like it on the sweet side, add sweetener.
- Storing Instructions: Store in an airtight container in the freezer or refrigerator for up to 1-2 months. Keto fat bombs melt easily at room temperature, so they’re best enjoyed straight out of the freezer or fridge.

i have hard time finding monkfruit here, but finally found some in next town, at bulk food store, but not in liquid form, so can I use the powder form for this recipe. also have stevia in powder form..
Hi Edyth, I can’t say for sure since I haven’t tried powdered monkfruit or stevia in this recipe. I do fear that it might be too dry and/or possibly not dissolve properly. If you give it a shot, mix it in to taste (while making sure your fat bomb mixture doesn’t get too thick) and let me know what you think! If not… can you get liquid stevia easier? That would work as well. Good luck!
Hi! Can’t wait to make these. If I were to use maple syrup instead, how much would I use? Thanks so much!!!
Hi Esther! Hmm… I’m not sure since I haven’t tried it myself. Also, the monkfruit drops tend to have a much higher concentration of sweeteness than keto maple syrup–just something to consider. Maybe try 2 tablespoons or so and see how you like it? I’m not sure how they’ll solidify or how the texture will turn out. Let me know if you do try it! 🙂 Good luck.
