Happy Sunday!! How are you enjoying back-to-back recipes on the weekends? It’s a new thing I’m trying out for January…so if you like, it, let me know in the comments below! I’m just thinking, double the recipes/posts, double the fun, ya know?

And now cue the double mint gum commercial. Even I can’t stop the jingle in my mind. Lol. Anywho! Last weekend, I shared two times the recipes with you with my Vegan Chocolate Protein Shake and my 3 Ingredient Keto Energy Balls. Whaddya think?

Yesterday, we took a deep dive into the world of vegan protein powder with my Best Vegan Protein Powder Ranked. I’m keeping the whole gym-theme/keto vegan ball rolling with today’s keto fat bombs. But if you’re totally like, “Where are my baked goods, Beaming Baker?!?” Can I point you in the direction of my Paleo Chocolate Muffins? They’re one of my absolute faves!

In the meantime, are you totally ready for today’s treat? Let’s do it!

My Favorite Almond Butter Keto Fat Bombs!

Last year, I shared a few keto fat bomb recipes with you that you loved: 3 Ingredient Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs (Low Carb, Vegan), 4 Ingredient Keto Fat Bombs Recipe—Chocolate Almond Butter. But there was one request that I constantly got: “How about some non-chocolate keto fat bombs?” You asked and I’m answering!

These almond butter keto fat bombs happen to be my very favorite keto fat bombs recipe. They’re rich, creamy, and oh-so almond buttery. Like, you know how so many recipes/products allege to be “almond butter” flavored, but really just taste like sugar and vanilla? This is not that. Almond butter is the star of this keto fat bombs show, m’kay?

Only 3 Ingredients for the BEST Keto Fat Bomb Recipe

Why is this keto fat bombs recipe the best keto fat bombs recipe ever? Because: they’re made with only 3 ingredients! (And because they’re yummy, super low carb, high in good fat and made with healthy ingredients. That is all.) Here are the 3 simple ingredients in the best fat bomb recipe ever:

  • Ingredient 1: Coconut Butter
  • Ingredient 2: Almond Butter
  • Ingredient 3: Monkfruit Sweetener

How to Make Keto Fat Bombs

Good news: making keto fat bombs is super easy. No, really! Whisk together melted coconut butter and almond butter. Stir in keto sweetener, then pour keto fat bomb mixture into this amazing keto fat bomb mold. Freeze until firm. Enjoy!

Can I Freeze these Keto Fat Bombs?

Yes! You can totally freeze these almond butter keto fat bombs, for up to 2 months. Make sure to store your fat bombs in a freezer-friendly container. When I’m pressed for time, I make the keto fat bombs in this fat bombs tray, and after they become completely firm, I just slot those trays right into one of these compostable bags. When I’m ready to eat them, I just take the fat bomb tray out of the bag and pop them out of the tray. Easy peasy.

Suggested Tools for the Best Keto Fat Bombs Recipe

  • Keto Fat Bombs Mold: this is the exact mold that I use to make my keto fat bombs recipe. It’s the serving size I used to calculate the nutrition facts for my keto fat bombs. I love that it comes in a 4-pack with 4 vibrant colors, plus the keto fat bombs come out so easily from this mold! I can’t recommend it enough. 🙂
  • Coconut Butter: The crucial ingredient to making the best keto fat bombs. If solid before making your keto fat bombs, make sure to melt & stir the mixture thoroughly to get the right texture.
  • Low Carb + Keto Monkfruit Drops: These are my favorite low carb sweeteners. I love that they’re natural and provide a good amount of sweetness with so few drops. One little bottle lasts a long time.
  • Where to Buy Ingredients: Coconut Butter | Natural Creamy Almond Butter | Low Carb + Keto Monkfruit Drops
  • Recommended Tools: Keto Fat Bombs Mold | Glass Mixing Bowls | My Favorite Small Prep Bowls

Description

Almond Butter Keto Fat Bomb Recipe: a quick & easy recipe for the best keto fat bombs—only 3 ingredients & 5 mins to prep. Deliciously creamy, satisfying almond butter fat bombs that are: Low Carb, Keto, Vegan.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup coconut butter
  • ¾ cup natural, unsalted creamy almond butter
  • 20–28 drops liquid monkfruit sweetener*

Instructions

  1. Lay keto fat bomb molds flat on a baking sheet. Set aside for later.
  2. Add coconut butter to a microwave-safe mixing bowl. Heat in 10-second increments until completely melted.
  3. Whisk in almond butter until well incorporated and smooth. Optionally, add monkfruit sweetener as recommended, or to taste. I used 24 drops. Whisk until well mixed.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the crevices of your keto fat bomb trays, until all crevices are filled.
  5. Place tray into freezer. Freeze for 20-25 minutes, or until firm. Enjoy! Storing instructions below.

Notes

  • Here is the exact keto fat bombs mold that I used.
  • Where to Buy Ingredients: Coconut Butter | Natural Creamy Almond Butter | Low Carb + Keto Monkfruit Drops
  • *You can also use these stevia drops, but I prefer the taste of monkfruit. Also, the keto fat bombs are tasty without any sweetener whatsoever; but if you like it on the sweet side, add sweetener.
  • Storing Instructions: Store in an airtight container in the freezer or refrigerator for up to 1-2 months. Keto fat bombs melt easily at room temperature, so they’re best enjoyed straight out of the freezer or fridge.
  • Nutrition Information: is an estimate based on the ingredients I’ve listed in Where to Buy Ingredients. Also, it’s estimated based on 22 servings per recipe.

i have hard time finding monkfruit here, but finally found some in next town, at bulk food store, but not in liquid form, so can I use the powder form for this recipe. also have stevia in powder form..

Hi Edyth, I can’t say for sure since I haven’t tried powdered monkfruit or stevia in this recipe. I do fear that it might be too dry and/or possibly not dissolve properly. If you give it a shot, mix it in to taste (while making sure your fat bomb mixture doesn’t get too thick) and let me know what you think! If not… can you get liquid stevia easier? That would work as well. Good luck!

Hi! Can’t wait to make these. If I were to use maple syrup instead, how much would I use? Thanks so much!!!

Hi Esther! Hmm… I’m not sure since I haven’t tried it myself. Also, the monkfruit drops tend to have a much higher concentration of sweeteness than keto maple syrup–just something to consider. Maybe try 2 tablespoons or so and see how you like it? I’m not sure how they’ll solidify or how the texture will turn out. Let me know if you do try it! 🙂 Good luck.

There’s always something satisfying about reading the word “fat bomb” lol. Great job on making this keto friendly! Reading the recipe, I think that even if you’re not following a keto diet, this is going to be really delicious.

I’ve never heard of monk fruit sweetener before, so thank you for introducing me to something completely NEW! But despite that, because I don’t think I’ve ever seen it before, I do really appreciate you having a substitute just in case!
