Tools for the Best Keto Peanut Butter Balls

  • Unsalted Natural, Creamy Peanut Butter – a simple and yummy 1-ingredient peanut butter. No added salt, no added sugar or oils. Love it.
  • Coconut Flour – the key ingredient to this keto peanut butter balls recipe. Coconut flour is an excellent keto pantry staple for keeping recipes low carb and grain-free.
  • Keto Maple Syrup – my go to low carb sweetener for many no bake & bake recipes alike.
  • Low Carb Keto Chocolate Chips or Mini Keto Chocolate Chips – my favorite low carb chocolate chips. Super yummy with a taste that rivals regular, sugar-packed chocolate.
  • Medium Cookie Scoop or Small Cookie Scoop – these cookie scoops are not only for seriously cleverly scooping up cookie dough like a boss, but also for making keto balls so. Much. Faster. I recommend using the small one if you like a greater number of smaller bites, or the medium one for less but bigger bites.

Wishing you a splendid start to the Spring! Thank you so much for stopping by and trying these super fun keto recipes with me. 🙂 I can’t wait to hear what you think. ‘Til the next kitchen adventure…

    1. Hi Shelly! Don’t worry, these are no bake, I just use the baking sheet to hold them for ease of use. You can totally use a plate, cutting board or anything else you have. No need to bake them! Hope this helps. 🙂

  1. I’ve made these a few times. Super easy and the with the maple flavor they taste nostalgic- kind of like the old-school rice crispy bars with peanut butter filling and chocolate/butterscotch frosting. Great keto option that tastes better and is cheaper than store-bought keto desserts.

  2. Can the recipes use maple flavoring instead of Keto maple syrup? Could you recommend the amount to try to use for comparison purposes?

    1. Hi Linda, the keto maple syrup is there more so for the sweetness than the maple flavor (although that’s a bonus). What other sweeteners do you prefer using, or have on hand? Let me know and I can make a recommendation as to the amount to use. 🙂

      1. I was wondering if you could use liquid stevia or a powdered keto sweetener. I have both of those in my pantry.

      2. Hi Leah! Liquid stevia drops won’t work unfortunately, and I haven’t tried powdered keto sweetener so I can’t say exactly how that would turn out. Though it would definitely affect the texture and consistency of the balls. If you do give it a go, let me know how it goes!

  3. Sending you some sunshine from Florida….

Can’t wait to try these peanut butter balls. Have you tried ChocZero Maple syrup? I bought Lakanto the first time I tried a sugar free syrup, but found that I like the taste and thickness of the ChocZero much better. Made with few ingredients and it doesn’t need refrigeration.

    1. Hi Bonnie! That’s so sweet of you to say. 🙂 Can I send you some light snow from Minneapolis? 😉 I haven’t tried ChocZero yet! Currently testing recipes with Pyure sweeteners (as an alternative for those who don’t prefer Lakanto). Love that yours doesn’t require refrigeration, will have to try it!

    2. Choc zero products are amazing! Discovered them not to long ago!
Highly recommend for treating yourself with no guilt!

  4. We are going to be getting through a lot more snacks at home over the coming weeks, so I will add this to our list of ones to try.
