Ah, snacks. One of my greatest foes and most trusted allies when I’m doing my weekly meal planning. This is especially true when it comes to choosing good snacks for the keto diet. I mean, how in the world do you even begin to find Low Carb, High Fat and Low Sugar keto snacks that actually taste good?
I mean, it’s all fun and games when you first hear that you can/must eat a high fat diet on keto… but then reality hits after your fourth meal of something way too creamy and rich. And you’re like, WHAT do I eat now? Someone help meeee!!
