Keto Fudge Cups – made with just 2 ingredients! Only 5 minutes of prep for rich, creamy chocolate keto fudge. Low Carb.
Hello, Fall! Imagine the leaves saying “Hi!” back to you. Imagine the cozy cups of apple cider saying, “warm hug time!” to you. Imagine thick piles of cozy blankets, plates of keto fudge cups (I mean…) and a crackling fireplace for all the snuggling.
*Happy sigh*
Is it time for an indulgent, satisfying cozy keto treat or what? 🙂 It’s just…I’m in the mood for keto chocolate fudge yumminess. And since keto is its own mood… and so is chocolate. Well…
Well, that means we’re gonna make ALL the keto fudge cups today, celebrate that so-called mood and question whether or not we’re using that word right. I think.
Ready? Let’s make this!
Just 3 net carbs per serving of keto fudge. Low carb decadence!
How to Make Keto Fudge Cups
Line
Line a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin liners. I like using these aluminum ones to prevent the oil-suckage that happens with paper liners. Lol.
Melt
Melt keto chocolate chips and almond butter together until smooth and melty.
Pour
Pour the melty keto fudge mixture into the prepared muffin pan. Tap the pan to help smooth out the fudge mixture.
Chill
Chill the melted keto fudge mixture until firm. Enjoy the easiest keto fudge recipe ever!
The 2 ingredients you need for keto fudge
That’s right—just 2 ingredients! I based this keto fudge cups recipe off of my Easy Keto Fudge Recipe and my Vegan Fudge from February 2018. It’s so easy and requires just 2 simple keto ingredients:
Ingredient 1: Keto Chocolate Chips
Ingredient 2: Unsalted, Natural Almond Butter
The Taste & Texture
Imagine thick cups of silky, creamy keto fudge bursting with chocolate goodness. Each keto fudge cup satisfies your sweet tooth like no other. Sink your teeth into these keto fudge cups and enjoy!
I’ve got it! It’s a Keto Fudge Mood! Ya know what I mean? (Yeah, sometimes even I don’t know what I mean lol.) I can’t wait to hear what you think of my keto fudge recipe. Grateful & joyful that you’re here, sharing in these kitchen adventures with me and your loved ones. ‘Til the next one…
Sending you all my love and maybe even a dove, xo Demeter ❤️
