Tools Needed

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups yogurt
  • 3/4 cup fruit, frozen or fresh
  • 24 tablespoons your favorite toppings: try granola, nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, and more

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Clear some room in the freezer for this sheet, you will need it later.
  2. Place the baking sheet on a flat work surface.
  3. Spread the yogurt into a thick, even layer, about 1/3-inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle fruit and your favorite topping onto the yogurt.
  5. Using your finger or a spoon, gently press the toppings into the yogurt so they’re secure and won’t fall off later.
  6. Chill in the freezer for 2-4 hours, or until completely firm throughout. Mine took 2 hours.
  7. Remove from freezer and carefully peel off the paper.
  8. Slice into pieces. Enjoy! Storing instructions below.

Notes

Storing Instructions: Store in an airtight, freezer-friendly container in the freezer for 1-3 months.

Do not keep at room temperature or in the refrigerator, as the yogurt bars will thaw, soften, and fall apart.
