Best Tools for Keto Almond Bark

  • Low Carb Keto Chocolate Chips – my favorite keto chocolate chips! Delicious, deep chocolate flavor and beautiful melt, just like with regular chocolate chips. 🙂
  • Almonds – Yummy, roasted almonds that aren’t loaded down with salt, oil or any other ingredients.
  • Coconut Oil –  Just a little bit goes a long way in softening the chocolate in the melting process in this keto almond bark. You can leave it out, but I recommend leaving it in for better results.
  • Chef’s Knife – a beast of a knife. Super, duper sharp, it cuts through everything like butter.

  1. Line a small/medium baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper. Clear some room in the refrigerator for this sheet. Set aside.

  3. Fold in almonds. Pour onto prepared baking sheet. Using a rubber spatula, spread into an even layer of desired thickness. Optionally, sprinkle with more almonds. Gently press each almond into the melted chocolate.
  4. Refrigerate until firm, about 20 minutes, or allow to set at room temperature for 40-60 minutes. 1. I’d been searching for a simple choc fix recipe and you certainly delivered!! It’s scrumptious, simple to create and adjust! I didn’t have enough raw almonds so reduced the recipe accordingly. My husband is eating the ‘Keto way’ with me and almonds aren’t his favorite so I chopped them up fairly fine and reduced the amount to 1/4 c. Plus I spread it out very thin so we got 48 pieces! Woo woo!! We both loved the recipe! Thanks so much for creating and sharing it!!

  2. Game changer for me! So good! Do you think I could add some unsweetened coconut to this recipe? Thanks so much!

  3. What’s not to love about this bark? I am loving the combination of chocolate and almonds for a delightful snack!

  4. How great that this is only three ingredients and keto too! You can totally indulge without the guilt.

  5. Wow this was amazing! Could barely wait to get it out of the freezer (everyone here has a major sweet tooth, and I just cannot say no to chocolate 😂). This was absolutely delicious! Definitely going to be making it again. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

  6. I like the sound of candy recipes! I was just thinking that you could use dry roasted salted almonds (sweet/salty)….what’s your thoughts?
