Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup yogurt



  1. Add strawberries, blueberries, milk, and yogurt to a blender. Blend until well incorporated, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Blend until smooth.
