  1. Is there a way to get the nutritional breakdown (calories, fats, carbs and proteins) per serving? Just made these and they are yummy!

    1. Hi Jen, I’m currently working on adding nutrition info across the site, but it’s gonna take awhile. Thank you for your patience. 🙂 In the meantime, you can use this online calculator. You can just copy and paste the url for this post! 🙂

    1. It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed this, Becky! Thanks for letting me know how it turned out. Enjoy!

  2. Aahhh, this sounds so fantastic! I definitely share your love of smoothies. They have a history of making me feel better when I’m feeling down, for sure… starting way back in the day when I used to work in the mall and would grab an Orange Julius when I was having a rough night! This smoothie is definitely all the fall things 🙂 My favorite dessert flavored smoothie?? I’d say a toss up between pumpkin (you wrote this for me, right?!) and key lime pie. 😉

    1. Aahhhh, thanks so much Steph! 🙂 Erik and I call smoothies “magical elixirs.” They’re so refreshing, ya know? 🙂 Oh dude, I totally forgot about Orange Julius! Why would that tasty orange goodness not perk you right up? 😉 UM, YEAH, of course I wrote this just for you. Duh. 😉 Key lime pie??? Okay, I’m gonna have to whip that up next summer. Remind me, please! Bog hogs. xo

  3. Oh my gosh – GREAT minds think alike because I totally have a pumpkin pie smoothie coming up! How could I not like you said?! Totally atrocity to not have one. The flavours here look SO delicious and yes smoothies make me SO happy friend!!

    1. It’s SO good, Miranda! Totally tastes like pumpkin pie… but without all that needless chewing. Lol. 😉

  4. I went to Trader Joe’s yesterday and I swear they had 300 pumpkin spice products. Pumpkin EVERYTHING. It was a little out of control. But I can’t be mad because I love pumpkin things in the fall, esp this smoothie! You mean I can basically drink a pumpkin pie?? Sold.

    1. Goodness gracious! Take me with you!!! There aren’t any TJ’s ’round these parts… but I surely do wish there was! I wouldn’t be mad either! I can only imagine how hard it was to resist buying everything. 😉 Drink up! 😉

  5. Smoothies definitely make me happy, especially when they’re filled with pumpkin! But I hear you on the not-so-healthy ones…kind of like salads. Everyone thinks salads are healthy, but in reality, most of them probably aren’t with that creamy dressing and loads of toppings. But I LOVE that you created a healthier version of my favorite fall treat. Looks SO good, Demeter! Pinning to try out!

    1. You are a true fan of pumpkin, G! I love that about ya! 😉 Yep, we definitely have to watch out for those sneaky salads. Thanks so much Gayle! Can’t wait to hear what you think when you try it out. 🙂

    1. It’s such a shocker too! Three weeks in a row they’ve been sold out–one second, the shelves are full, the next, all gone. People are in a pumpkin frenzy here, I say! Lol. My family loves this smoothie, so I’m confident I did (they can be quite honest… lol). Thanks Megan!

      1. That’s awesome, Megan! I’m so, so happy you enjoyed it. 🙂 Thanks for taking the time to let me know. Hope you’re having a wonderful weekend as well. <3

    1. Right?? Especially lately it’s been seriously sold out. Thanks Karen! I hope you get a chance to try! 🙂

    1. Aw, thanks Natalie! 🙂 Heck yeah, we are!! Any excuse to include coconut and I will! 😉 Thanks friend!

  6. Sooo I’m not going to lie. I read your words, “you saw that sign” and immediately, ‘I saw the sign’ by Ace of Base got stuck in my head and I couldn’t pay attention to anything else you wrote. I had 90’s fever and couldn’t stop myself from jamming out in my office chair. So thanks for that… I think? 😉 Anyways, you and pumpkin. I’m starting to think I’ve been replaced as your bestie. I mean I was REALLY worried about strawberry taking my place for a little bit there, and now I have pumpkin competing for my spot in your life. Bahahaha. <3 I kid. Again, I think??? Okay so aaaanyways, this smoothie looks fabulous, girlfriend! I mean even for being pumpkin flavored and all! 😉 I made a pumpkin pie martini last year and I LOVED it, so I'm thinking I would reallllly love this smoothie! Gotta give this one a try!! Pinned! Cheers, my little pumpkin flavored streusel buttercup of love. XOXO

    1. LOL. Of course you would! And darn it… now it’s stuck in my head too! And I’m already listening to music. How do you do it?? Lolol. Uh… you’re welcome?? 😉 You will always be my bestie, and I will simply have pumpkin waiting peacefully at the dinner table… or something. Haha. You’ve GOT to make a version of that martini!! It will be AMAZING. Thanks my cinnamon glazed sweet roll filled with candied pecans! xoxoxo

  7. My favorite pie turned into my favorite drink with the addition of my favorite fruit–you better believe I have a big smoothie-craving smile on my face over here. Plus a little coconut milk takes any smoothie from delicious to DEEEEELICIOUS! Yep, coconut milk means we have to pull out the extra Es because it makes things so rich and scrumptious. With that spiffy fanny pack you mentioned and my smoothie in a travel mug I’ll be good to go for a completely fueled by pumpkin day (as if I need a travel mug because I actually leave the house lol.) Good luck with the non-smoothie pie-making. xo

    1. So many faves, I’m just squeeing for you right now! 🙂 🙂 Smoothie-craving smiles are the best, aren’t they? DEEEEELICIOUS <-- Yep, this is what I was hoping for! Imagine the two of us, leaving the house (maybe) with our fanny packs and travel mugs. TOO. COOL. Lol. Thanks Nat! xoxo

    1. Yeah! There’s nothing quite like sipping something sweet and satisfying. 😉 Thanks so much for the kind comments, Marsha! 🙂

  8. I enjoy how simple this recipe is 😀 I was actually at the gym this morning at 5am getting my cardio on and was glued to the TV watching infomercials (infomercials might be my favorite thing about TV…) and a popular blender brand was promoting how healthy and great their SUPER JUICES were and how delicious of smoothies it makes. Needless to say, I went home and made myself a PB and banana smoothie with a scoop of oats for breakfast and it was LOVELY! Tomorrow might have to be a pumpkin smoothie day!

    1. Yay for simple recipes! So funny that you enjoying watching the informercials. There really is something quite unique and captivating about them… Lol. your smoothie sounds awesome! I hope you get to try this and love it, Jess. 🙂

  9. Okay, well smoothies doesn’t bring me smiles, but pumpkin does! Haha!
It is odd to walk into the grocery one day and see SUMMER, then the next you see FALL. The little Fall elves must come out and totally revamp the store during the night for these quick turnarounds 😛

    1. That’s too bad! Not a smoothie fan, then I take it. 😉 Thank goodness for those elves, spreading their joy. 😉
