Ingredients

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, add nut butter, keto honey, coconut flour and raw cacao powder. Using a rubber spatula, stir and fold until well incorporated and thickened, about 1 minute.
  • Using a small or medium cookie scoop, scoop and drop keto balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart. Here are the small and medium cookie scoops I use. Optionally, roll into smooth spheres and coat with coconut shreds. Enjoy! Storing instructions below.

Notes

Storing Notes: Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. On Day 1, bites will be soft and moist. On Day 2 and forward, bites will become a bit firmer and less moist.
Freezing Instructions: Store in an airtight container in the freezer for 1-2 months. Firm, but soft enough to eat straight out of the freezer.

Looking forward to making these. Prep time is 5 – 10 and total time is 50 minutes. Is that a typo or is there a final step like – refrigeration for 30 minutes – missing?

    1. Demeter | Beaming Baker says:

Hi Judy! Hm, Iโ€™m not seeing a total time of 50 on my end. Itโ€™s showing as 13 minutes. Rest assured, no missing steps in the recipe instructions. Hope this helps! ๐Ÿ™‚

LOL how odd! Well, my question is answered anyway, and for that I thank you!
