I have something so delicious, so easy, and such a showstopper for you today! The easiest healthy & simple snack. Think: a hint of graham cracker flavors, creamy peanut butter, tart yogurt, and a touch of maple syrup for the best ever peanut butter dip.

Only 3 Ingredients for Peanut Butter Dip

This peanut butter apple dip could not be easier to make. All you need are 3 ingredients and a few minutes.

You can even add in a few spices for extra flair!

  1. Peanut Butter – I recommend using unsalted, natural peanut butter. However, you can use your favorite!
  2. Yogurt – I like using Greek-style yogurt because it adds a lovely, thick creaminess to this peanut butter dip that makes it like frosting!
  3. Maple Syrup – or honey. It’s up to you, but maple syrup is my favorite.

What is Peanut Butter Dip?

Peanut butter dip is a condiment that’s typically made from a few simple ingredients and is used for dipping everything from fruits to crackers and healthy peanut butter cookies and dark chocolate cookies.

In today’s recipe, we’ll be using just 3 simple ingredients for a thick, creamy, and slightly sweet, slightly tart treat.

How to Make Peanut Butter Dip

You’ll love how easy it is to make this recipe. The result of a few minutes of work? Dreamy, creamy, and surprisingly healthy dip that tastes like dessert.

First, add yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup to a small mixing bowl.

  • ¾ cup vanilla yogurt, Greek-yogurt style
  • 1/3 cup unsalted, natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Optional: 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl: yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup.
  2. If desired, add ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg for a spiced, graham cracker-like flavor.
  3. Use a small spatula to stir and fold all ingredients together until very well mixed.
  4. Transfer to a small dipping bowl. Serve with apples, celery sticks, and crackers!

Notes

Storing Instructions: Store peanut butter dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

How to make Vegan: Use non-dairy yogurt and maple syrup.

How to make Gluten Free: Use GF-certified yogurt.
