Strawberry Peanut Butter Protein Shake Recipe: this PB&J protein shake recipe is packed with 16 grams of protein! The best protein shake—4 ingredients, vegan, dairy-free, no added sugar & healthy!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (more below)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 scoops of this vanilla vegan protein powder (adjust as needed if using another brand)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted, natural creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in the order listed: 3/4 cup non-dairy milk, strawberries, vegan protein powder, peanut butter, and ½ cup milk. This is the order that I’ve found to be smoothest, without any protein powder getting stuck in a clump anywhere.
- Close blender. Blend until smooth and no chunks remain. Enjoy immediately.
