I seriously love that this is healthy! Really ahh-mazing!
That’s so wonderful to hear! Thanks Sandra!
This smoothie is perfect for fall! I love how easy it is!
Oh yes, sometimes you just need an easy smoothie on a busy day, ya know?
It really does taste like pumpkin pie. I like this better than the pumpkin spice latte!
Yay! So happy to hear it Krystle!
I just made this without bananas. I love bananas in my smoothies but because I’m on sugar free diet right now , I can’t have them right now. I saw a couple of people asked what if they didn’t want to use banana and I saw Demeter’s suggestion. I used 1 1/2 cup coconut milk instead of 1 cup and I used 3 ice cubes. I also used 1/4 teaspoon monkfruit extract instead of maple syrup. Obviously with these changes the drink is a lot more watery and not as thick as the actual recipe. I’m not a very big fan of pumpkin pie so for those of you that are and are gluten free, dairy free , sugar free this is must try . Because it really is pumpkin pie in a cup as someone else said so if I loved it any pumpkin pie lover will go absolutely bananas over this . I think it’s delicious and I will def make it again and again . Thank you for sharing this recipe.
Hi Sara! I’m glad you were able to use coconut milk and skip the banana as per your diet. It’s wonderful that you’re not a fan of pumpkin pie and you still loved it! 🙂 Thanks for sharing your notes & stopping by. 🙂
This needs to happen at my house very soon!!

Tastes just like pumpkin pie! Fall in a cup!
Couldn’t agree more Taylor!
Sounds so good but I’m allergic to bananas. Can you think of anything else I could use to replace the bananas in this recipe. Thanks
Hi Mary! I think that you’d be able to sub with another can (or so) or chilled light coconut milk, ice cubes (for thickness & frosty goodness) and extra maple syrup to taste. Haven’t tried it myself, so no guarantees. Lol. Best of luck! Let me know how it turns out, Mary. 🙂
Excited to get my pumpkin fix with this smoothie! So delicious!
It’s the best way to satisfy those pumpkin cravings IMO!
Love this simple and delicious recipe. I can’t wait to make it again and again during the fall season!

How could I make this without the banana?
Hi Rachel! I wanna say use two cans of chilled coconut milk, ice cubes & sweetener to taste… but I’m not sure. I haven’t tried it yet. Good luck & let me know how it turns out! 🙂
