How to Make No Bake Peanut Butter Bites
You’ll be amazed at how easy it truly is to make these peanut butter bites. Check out the simple steps below:
Line
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (you can even use a plate).
Stir & Fold
Add all peanut butter bites ingredients to a mixing bowl: peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut flour. Use a rubber spatula to stir and fold everything together until the peanut butter mixture thickens.
Freeze

Tips for the Best 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Balls
- Use your favorite peanut butter. This peanut butter balls recipe is all for you. If you don’t like the peanut butter I’m suggesting, use your own! (We all have a favorite.)
- … or even your favorite other nut butter
- Try a cookie scoop. This will make making your 3 ingredient peanut butter balls so much faster and more uniform. I, myself, don’t love to obsess about perfection, but use the cookie scoop to make things simpler and easier. Try it for yourself and see how you like it.
- Enjoy the day after… if you’re looking for firmer peanut butter bites. The first day that you make this peanut butter snack, it’ll be soft and delicious. However, you might like your peanut butter balls on the denser side. Go ahead and eat them the next day–they’ll be way less soft and much easier to carry to work, the gym and what not (without getting smooshed) due to their firmness.

Would regular flour work the same?
Hi Macy, the type of flour you use will affect the final texture. Unfortunately, most will not be absorbent enough. Also, some flours can’t be consumed raw. Hope this helps! ๐

Could you use almond flour instead? I have some on hand and need to use up.
Hi Kristin, you could, but I’m not sure what amount you’d need to use. Almond flour is way less absorbent than coconut flour. Good luck! Also, if you’re interested in energy bites that use almond flour, try these: no bake almond butter paleo brownie bites. ๐
