Folks, this 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Bites Recipe could not be easier. It’s just 3 simple ingredients—made delightfully with the ever-popular coconut flour.
It’s as easy as throwing those 3 ingredients in: peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut flour. Stirring until thickened (so that the delicious coconut flour has time to absorb and become one with the PB and maple syrup). Chill until firm. Then, scoop into balls and enjoy!

How to Make No Bake Peanut Butter Bites
You’ll be amazed at how easy it truly is to make these peanut butter bites. Check out the simple steps below:
Line
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (you can even use a plate).
Stir & Fold
Add all peanut butter bites ingredients to a mixing bowl: peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut flour. Use a rubber spatula to stir and fold everything together until the peanut butter mixture thickens.
Freeze
Cover the bowl and freeze for 30 minutes. This time will allow the coconut flour to absorb some of the oil and maple syrup and cause the peanut butter bites to firm up. Some readers skip this step altogether because they don’t mind softer bites. You do you! 😉
Scoop
Using a small or medium cookie scoop, scoop and drop peanut butter balls onto the sheet you prepared earlier. If you’d like, roll the scoops into smooth, round spheres.

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, add peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut flour. Using a rubber spatula, fold until well mixed and thickened.
- Cover bowl and freeze for 30 minutes. Remove from freezer.

Can you use chunky peanut butter for this??

I just made them with crunchy peanut butter. I halved the quantities , which I shouldn’t have done because the result is amazing ! They literally took me five minutes anyway, so I’ll definitely make them again! Next time, I’ll use less maple syrup. They aren’t excessively sweet, but if I can reduce the amount of sugar while still enjoying the taste then it s even better !

Hi! I’m a lifetime lover of peanut butter but have discovered that peanuts and peanut butter cause are either a food sensitivity or an allergy. Not surprising since my son has been severely allergic since birth. I’m having to learn to live without my love!
Could I substitute almond butter? Will it be runny? Do I need to add more of something to make it firmer? I guess I could experiment but I thought you might know right off. Thanks!

Could I use all purpose or self rising flour?
Hi Rachael, unfortunately, it’s not safe to eat raw all purpose flour. You can try oat flour, which can be eaten raw. You’d just need to increase the amount of flour by a few tablespoons–till you get the preferred texture. Good luck!

These are So GOOD!!! I did make some changes though..actually additions. I used honey because I was out of maple syrup. I used one cup almond butter, and one cup peanut butter from the health food store. I added roasted raw walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and, also dates chopped up. Added some chia seeds too. IT WAS DIVINE!!!! I also made a double batch cuz, I have grandkids, and a hubby who loves sweets! lol And, I want them to eat healthy. Thank you for the recipe!!! Debbie

these sound awesome! i’m gonna make them for my daughter’s team for today’s track meet, but will have to substitute regular non-enriched wheat flour for the coconut flour as I can not eat coconut. I’m gonna add some ground flax seed as well and maybe some chopped chocolate / carob chunks!!!

It turned out great. Added the wheat flour in the same amount as the recipe called for then added the ground flaxseed approx 1-2 TBSP to help thicken the dough till it was the right consistency. Also added carob chunks. Everyone loved them. Thanks!!!

made them tonight, they are very good. you won’t want to go back to regular peanut butter. i got 17 but my measuring wasn’t consistent.
