Let’s no bake the day away!

How to Make Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls

Line

Line a medium baking sheet (or even a plate, it’s up to you) with parchment paper.

Whisk

In a large bowl, whisk together peanut butter and maple syrup—until well mixed.

Heat

Heat peanut butter and maple syrup together either in the microwave or on the stovetop until warm and fragrant.

Stir

Add oats to the peanut butter mixture. Stir and fold everything together until very well combined.

Scoop

Use a small cookie scoop to scoop and drop oatmeal balls onto the prepared pan (or plate!). Now you can choose to roll the peanut butter oatmeal mixture into smooth balls or leave ‘em be cuz that’s how you roll. You do you. 😉

Chill & Enjoy

Chill until firm and enjoy the best no bake peanut butter oatmeal balls ever! And also, go ahead and chill.

Is there any chance that you can give the ingredients in grams as well as cups please? We in the UK use scales and the cups are predominantly a US thing!! Thank you in advance!!

Hi Lee! I’m in the process of measuring all the ingredients I use and testing them in my recipes to ensure I provide the most accurate weighted possible. It’s a slow process, but something I do plan to add to the site. Good to know you’re interested in it!

Agave nectar is great. NuttZo butter is great as well. Add some hemp seeds, walnuts, organic cacao powder/protein powder and you have an amazing pre/post workout snack.

Can something be substituted for the pure maple syrup???

    1. Demeter | Beaming Baker says:

I’ve had other readers use honey or brown rice syrup in other recipes with good results. I haven’t tried it myself so I can’t say for sure. If you try it, let me know how it goes!
