All in due time, my lovely one. All in due time. And I do not know why I called you my lovely one. It just popped out and now we can both awkwardly whistle past it. (Don’t worry, I’ve been teaching Erik how to whistle at least once weekly for awhile now.) And wait, what was I saying? Yes, the keto fudge! Well, the best thing about this keto chocolate PB fudge? Besides the taste? It’s made with so few ingredients, just like my coconut chocolate keto smoothie. 🙂

- Ingredient 1: low carb keto chocolate chips
- Ingredient 2: creamy peanut butter
How to Make Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Cups
To make this keto chocolate peanut butter fudge, simply: add low carb chocolate chips and peanut butter to a microwave-safe bowl. Melt and stir until smooth and well mixed. Pour keto fudge mixture into a lined muffin pan. Chill until firm and peel off liners. That’s it! Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Cups (Low Carb)

Description
Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Cups: this 5 Minute chocolate peanut butter fudge recipe is so easy! Just 2 ingredients for yummy cups of creamy, rich Low Carb fudge!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups low carb keto chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup unsalted creamy, natural peanut butter
Optional Topping
- Chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Place muffin liners into a 12-cup Muffin Pan. Set aside for later.
- Melt the keto chocolate & peanut butter together using the double boiler method or the following: add chocolate and peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 20-second increments until chocolate is fully softened and mostly melted. Stir in between heating increments, until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared muffin pan, making sure to evenly spread it across 12 cups. Tap the pan on a protected surface several times to smooth out the mixture and release air bubbles.
- Chill in the freezer for 30-60 minutes, or until firm. Optionally, when the fudge is almost completely firm, press chopped peanuts gently into the top of each cup. Enjoy! Storing instructions below.

Hi Jean! Welcome to keto! 🙂 I wouldn’t recommend using unsweetened chocolate chips as they can be very, very bitter. Try these keto chocolate chips instead. FYI, you can always click on the links (blue text) in the ingredients list of the recipe to find what exact brand I recommend. Hope you enjoy!
