Somehow it always seems like I have a pile of bananas ripening on the counter, but no one ever wants to eat them as is. Now I have sooo many options! I made the protein oatmeal yesterday and the hubs couldn’t get enough. I’m on to the bread next. Thanks for saving me from more wasted bananas!
