And just like that… 2018 is nearly done. Wow! Is it just me, or did that go super fast? It feels like just a few days ago that I was planning out the pumpkin recipes for fall…. And now it’s nearly New Year’s Eve!
There’s so much to reflect on during the holiday season and the end of the year/year in review. I don’t want to get too sappy, but you know I will. Just a bit. We haven’t even hit 3 full years of Beaming Baker, and yet I feel a connection with you, with the BB community, and an actual calling/purpose/whatever-you-want-to-call-it in the world that just… fits. That feels right.
I’m always blown away by your comments, both here on the blog, over on IG, your emails, the pictures of the BB creations you’ve made, and the stories you share.
Thank you, so so much for taking the leap and trying my recipes, carving out the time to leave a comment or reach out to me, and most of all, allowing me to share in these kitchen adventures with you and your family. It means the world to me.
I will always push myself to create better and better recipes for you—and I’m going to try my best to never share a recipe that’s not 1000% tested and perfected. <–That’s probably the reason why I haven’t shared a pie, a bread recipe, and a few other things that I need lots of time and space to perfect. But I know you understand—better to have the wait than to have something mediocre right now. Right? 🙂
Meanwhile… there are a few surprises on this list of Top 10 Beaming Baker Recipes for 2018. One BIG surprise for me? There’s only one recipe with the words “chocolate chip” in them. Say whaaaaa?!? Haha. Not surprising? Plenty of peanut butter, almond butter, and of course, CHOCOLATE to go around in the Top 10.
