Happy almost Thanksgiving everyone! What kind of amazing plans do you have this year? Have you finished all of your grocery shopping, or are you still gathering up the last few ingredients for this year’s festivities?
Every year, Erik and I go back and forth planning what kind of wonderful Thanksgiving recipes we want to make, each of us adding on all the foods and desserts we’ve been dreaming about all year. By the time we’re done, we typically end up with a list so long it unrolls like a cartoon scroll across the floor. .
Then, we come together and pare it down into a somewhat more reasonable/manageable list (and by “we”, I mean Erik pares it down, then I give him a death stare, then I smile sweetly and say how it’s reasonable to have a longer list, then we enter negotiations and lengthen the list a bit), and head out to the store for some seasonal shopping fun.
